An extraordinary tasting journey was enjoyed by wine experts in Yinchuan
On June 9, 2023, a dinner with experts was held at the Chinese Restaurant of Kempinski Hotel, Yinchuan City, China.
Under the guidance of the experienced wine expert/sommelier Xinyu Chen, the participants had the opportunity to taste PDO Slopes of Meliton – PGI Sithonia Wines in a special food and wine pairing, in order to highlight the special characteristics of the region’s fine varieties.
